Physician profiles, like that of Brian Hanak, MD, pediatric neurosurgeon for Loma Linda University Health, play a critical part in addressing first impressions. This short video gives patients of Dr. Hanak a virtual introduction to who will be caring for them or their loved ones.

The provider network for Inland Empire Health Plan recently embarked upon a transformation of the way health care is practiced.

Part of this transformation was to establish Health Homes that bring all of the necessary care for at-risk patients under one roof.
